Wanted: Mammoth & Master

There is a two part leve to this. Do players need to finish both Soft Evidence and Violent Verdue in one leve cycle to obtain Wanted: Mammoth & Master?

You only need to complete soft evidence and violent verdure once. After beating both Mamooth & Master will be availble to you forever.

No, you only need to complete them in order (pretty obvious) once. There is no requirement when they needed to be done. You may not be able to see Mammoth & Master because you need 400 faction credits before it appears, after you completed the first two.
