LF Hardcore Progression Raid Group

I am looking for a Hardcore Raidgroup for my Main Character on Odin.

Currently my experience: I am on last phase T12 (Tank & Melee DPS alt)

I try to play to the upmost of my ability on a wide range of classes. Classes that I belive I do best on at this moment are War/Whm/Blm on this character that I am looking for a Raidgroup for.

I also play Monk (Alt) PLD/SMN (Alt).

Classes that I am not experienced with and would play substandard if asked to play them - NIN/BRD

Raid times Weekdays 5PM - 9 PM
Weekends Sunday afternoon.

I am finished with casual raiding on my main character. I am not being elitist I just want to play with a bunch of people who are trying to push themselves to the best of their ability & who are consistent (Raid times & days).

Messing around and having some fun when not raiding is a bonus :)

Would you be able to WHM or PLD for my static? Most of us are on T13 till akh morn and there are 2 who have only completed T12.
We usually raid from 6-9pm ST and the days are flexible according to everyone's schedule.
