Received blue bird earring by mistake

Hello, Dear GM.

I have already received my blue bird earring and tried them on a few days ago. However, it seems that I was sent a second pair by a German GM today. I was thinking about contacting GM in the game, but there seems not to be an option to report a misplaced gift :) The second blue bird earring is currently sitting in my mailbox. I hope this can be solved somehow, since I'm sure that some German player is really waiting to receive their earring right now :)

Maybe you did win 2 contest that give the same reward, thoses that lose the contest will be mad if that so :p

It is not just you who received a German GM mail containing another pair of Bluebird earrings.

Same happened to me, I reported a bug in game and wrote on the german forums... it's the 3rd Bluebird Earring I'm receiving XD

This is why I sometimes feel like contests award should be a service account awarding thing. You have won this item so it will go to all characters. There are always so many mishaps, it seems. lol

As for sending you guys 3 things. If they weren't aware of it, they will be now lol.

Agree 100% with this. I won the last two events and got bluebird earrings (which I love) for them both. Funny thing is I entered the second with my alts name and pic but ended up getting them on this character. I contacted a GM in game and end up having to for some reason drop the pair I have in inventory so they can send a pair to my alt then I can take the second pair out of delivery box. That is a lot of hoop jumping for no reason in my opinion.
