Errored out on loading screen.

Hello, I am posting a thread on a behalf of another person who cannot post on the thread herself due to that she cannot log into the game to begin with as it will error out during the loading screen. She is on her free trial, and the free trial is ticking while she cannot play herself. Right when she selects her newly made character to log in, it goes to loading screen then errors with: Windows had encounter a problem. It would then force close the program.
Here are some solutions she has tried: Restarting the computer, lowering graphic detail to a minimum, and even updating her Nvidia drivers. What other solutions could she try out here? Also, we are trying to avoid re-patching the game due to limited internet usage. Her specs are as follows:
-Operating system: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit Service Pack 1
-CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3610QM CPU @ 2.30GHz
-Graphics card 1: NVIDIA GeForce GT 630M
-Graphics card 2: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000

The rules states that a person must post their own issues but as I said before she could not as it refused to let her post until she logs into the game beforehand. Any help is appreciated, if not, then I understand.
