Just a quick positive shout out to SE staff...

During my time here, I see a great many posts regarding anger and vitriol towards the game, features, and content. I will say that many of you know that I participate actively in these conversations and am not exactly the most popular person around here. This isn't one of those posts, though. Sometimes, we need to give thanks, and give a shout out to the positives of the game we are all a part of. This is what I'm here today for.

I recently had an issue with a fellow player, of a harassing nature. I submitted a report, and within 5 minutes I had a GM response in my whisper chat. A GM, going by the name of "GM Kroyipi", responded, and was extremely courteous. They took all of the information regarding the experience, showed great empathy in the displeasure I was experiencing in regards to the situation, and told me exactly how, and to what limits the GM's would be able to investigate and take action in the matter, and even offered me suggestions about how best to resolve the situation if it exacerbated itself before the investigation could take care of itself.

I just want to give a public shout out to this "Gm Kroyipi" for being courteous, firm, to the point, and providing top-notch support. It was by far and away a better support experience than I ever expected from a support ticket.

I've always been impressed how much they can get out in such a short time, with those hurricane fingers they must need to replace their keyboards on a regular basis. . . Happy to say I have had few reasons to talk to a GM but the few I've talked to have been amazing.
