I would like to know which commands make you invite the last person who talked in your chat and I want to invite him to my party.
I know you can make a macro for this because I know people who have made macros to block RMTers this way. Please tell me the command for this.

/pcmd add[name] I believe will invite whoevers name you highlighted in chat.

Just for the sake of completion, the command <flag> will link in chat wherever the flag is on your map. Including if you've just clicked on a relay from another person. This is a fast way to spread the word.
