New Player looking for guilds :)

Hey there FFXIV community! I just made a transition from WoW to this MMO, and while it's taking me a while to adjust I find that I am loving Eorzea and everything it has to offer. I was hoping I might be able to find a guild in game that might be recruiting, as games like this are always more fun if you have other people to play with (And it might be easier to grasp the game with a little help), but unfortunately I haven't had a lot of luck thus far. If anyone would be willing to point me in the right direction to some social/recruiting guilds I'd appreciate it. ;)
