Can't find this info... If you went through an Eternal Bond wedding, can you divorce?

Like, you did the whole questline and went through the ceremony.

Can you then discard the ring, supposedly talk to an NPC to divorce or is it only to cancel a planned wedding?

I would like to know before purchasing a gold wristlet, so not to waste money ^^

You divorce by simply throwing away your current ring. That's it.

On your way to the chapel there are two NPC's underneath the gated arch. The wedding planner that starts the quest for the Rings, and an npc to her right that describes the ceremony process to you. This npc also has an option to annul your marriage by handing your rings in to them. A divorce so to speak.

One benefit of this is that you can keep signing up for free marriages to obtain a constant supply of marriage consumables (Heart balloons, Wings, 150 Eternity Cakes for your Medium house, etc.)

Gold and platinum clothes aren't that much different. It's the trim for female characters that's the big difference.

Also @ OP just go to that NPC and turn in your rings. I must have been world first widow (married on first day possible too lol)

Oh, well that's the method that was thrown around the first week or so the system was released. I also remember a dev post that said it would be the method to divorce, but I guess they changed their mind.
