Double "Bluebird Earring" Prize earned: can I transfer one?

Hello there! I'm one of the people who got to win a "Bluebird Earring" in both screenshot contests, so now I own two pairs. Since the items are unique and bound, I am forced to keep one on my retainer and one on myself... Someone from the dev team said that we can move one of the two prizes to another character in our own account, but... is there any way to gift one of the two to my Eternal Bound Partner? This is to prove you I'm not selling it for money, as I just want to gift such a nice (and alas, unused) prize with my partner.
