Seeking Comfortable UI/HUD Design - Back/Neck Problems

Greetings Fellow Adventurers,

As the topic suggests, I'm looking for a HUD/UI design that covers the basic necessities plus room for maybe a few more handy little elements, and is comfortable for someone with chronic back/neck problems.

Here's some background info:
- I'm fairly tall, about 6'1"
- I'm using a 27" iMac for gaming
- I sit approximately 2'-2.5' away from my screen
- I've elevated my screen so that when staring directly forward and sitting in a relaxed position, my eyes sit approximately halfway up the screen (my screen used to be lower and I found I was mostly looking downwards)
- My keyboard and mouse are level with the armrests of my chair since my desk is not the type you can rest your arms on
- I've tried shifting around some of the more commonly used HUD/UI elements but am having trouble finding something I like and works well (I seem to have to split up some elements and it makes certain aspects of gameplay difficult to follow)
- My FFXIV activities are frequently PvE content and crafting so if possible I'd like an HUD/UI that caters well to both of these
