User Rearrangement of Pet Hotbar actions

Can you make it so that the pet hotbar action is user rearrangeable?
Reverse, normal, or manual order, or pet skills on the left 1st vs the right?

Giving user this option would great for various reason
consistent keybind:layout:efficiency for important skill/CD's vs place,heel

for example :
-it feel odd if i bind the skill i want to lets say, F1-F4, but it on the right on the bar
-i generally have my important CD skill left to right because that is where my active buffs are, so alot of time if may forget if one free to use or w/e.

Currently the only way i know of to have your pet skill where you want them,
-place it on a regular hotbar BUT, once you change pets that slot becomes unusable,
-it starts to take up alot of space, on a class that already has the most skill/job before their pet + pvp skills
-you could macro double/triple macro skill together them, but i don't know of a way change the icon of based on the pet active.
