RMT removal please

After 2.5 rmts are spamming like they won the lottery every 2 seconds 5 tells from rmts is SE doing something about it or letting it go. If a GM reading this let it be known that in old FFXI SE built a system chat configuration where any tells yells or shout was deem as spam making it impossible for rmts to msg real players causing rmts to disappear quicker allows us to play without stopping every second just blacklist one you get 5 more tells so I hope SE built that system again put it in ffxiv before 3.0
