I keep getting this error as well. US Adamantoise.
Same here, US Diabolbus server will not let me on D:
I eventually managed to get on but had to queue - heard through the grapevine that there's been quite a few people having the same issue :/ hopefully it will be fixed soon for you guys if you didn't get lucky like I did! xx
