The ones on market are i95 crafted ones. You have the i60 primal drops.
For the crafted you need the ifrit demimateria (dunno exact name atm) through desynthesis and a 3 star crafter to make it (goldsmith for this 1?).
Crafted weapons are sellable your primal drops you can only sell for low money to vendor, hand in to GC for seals or simply keep for a glamour.
One good suggestion is, if you have BSM Desynth, you could try to desynth to get your hands on a Demimateria of the Inferno and sell that.
