Amdapor Keep Hard Mode - Anchag Fight Bug

Frequency: It's happened every time I'm targeted for this specific attack. About 6 times so far.

Steps:
When fighting Anchag, he performs a special move that places a target above your head. Shortly after he does so, he will spawn a tether that deals massive DoT and applies a debuff (you are supposed to run behind a statue to avoid damage). I usually run Amdapor Keep Hard as a paladin. Every time I have gotten that tether, I did not get a target indicating the imminent attack. Others have asked, "didn't you see the target?" To which I respond no. I am not the only one in my circle of friends that has been hit with this attack and not received the warning target. Random party members have also stated that they do not receive a target symbol as well.
If this is a bug, and you are supposed to get a target symbol as a warning to this attack, please fix. Lack of a target (there is no cast bar for this attack!) usually equals ending up dead.
