I have 11 HQ Silvers and so tempted to turn in for the hat... what should I do? I am at 334 gathering and around 280 perception with current gear and food btw.

While I'm not a regular fisher, I went for the hat first because of the fact it also can help miners and botanists. The rod is only for a single job.

Either way you're collecting 30 sovereigns, by getting the hat first you're making it logically easier to get the remaining 20.
