Changes with decent time saving

couldnt find a dev post that could help me, and hopefully this is the right place to make this post, and i assume someone else beat me to it, but i believe it is quite important.

1- please implement the ffxiv config INTO the game, as in i dont have to get out of the game to change the config. instead i would just open a config tab and change it in-game. that would save quite some time when someone wanna teak the settings to get better quality or performance.
2- make it possible to alt-tab while in full screen without the game crashing. that would make it possible to check other things while playing in full screen quality (full screen will be the only option for multi graphic card owners) instead of wasting time restarting the game every time i wanna do something else while playing in full screen.
