Legacy Title follow up

I made a thread yesterday about my legacy title "Crystal Bearer" not showing up.

The forum GM told me to contact a GM in game to get my problem fixed, but I have contacted in game GM's for weeks about this exact matter, and not once have I gotten even as much as a response from any in game GMs. Please assist!
