Halve recast time for medicine items

I don't know who else would agree with me with this suggestion but I feel that reducing the cast time for medicine would make the items under that category beneficial. Yea healers are there for a reason but I don't think they should be challenged to adjust their duties from tanks towards those who are just not capable of dodging. Not only that there are times when you just need the extra mp or tp to carry on the fight and the jobs needed to provide those needs are not available with the party you may be running with.

I can see it add multiple variables of playing open world and duties.
-progression without full party.
-solo instances, treasure hunting, clearing fates, etc.

Not trying to ease the game for solo players but there are cases when soloing is either your play style or your current situation when those you favor in playing with are not available. This could really help give birth to queuing solo dungeons (ONLY). Keep the trials and raids difficult to where medicine would help keep the fight going but would be nearly impossible to solo.
It'll just feel nice to actually control your situation personally and I hope I'm not alone on this thought. Feel free to give comments, concerns or thoughts on this.
