It's actually a software for taking cropped-zone screenshots and auto-upload it to imgur. Pretty neat to use actually.

The upload link is also auto-copied as well so I don't really know how can he accidentally delete part of it xD

Having not used the site before, I would kind of guess that he copied the URL bar instead of the link to what he uploaded. Oh how many times I do that...
