Shiva Disappears with lag Bug

Steps:
After Phase 2 when Shiva freezes the group, she circled around several times, but it looped animation, and I guess the data didn't send/receive at that point, but it caused everything to "catch up" , and then eventually I was able to get into combat, but the boss was nowhere to be found. I attempted to target other players to target boss to continue battle but was not possible. Please reference video.
