[Suggestion] Fullscreen chat window, change colour and fixes.

I find the chat window the most unfiendy of the user widgets below are a few suggestions that i feel would make it much more user firendy.

The ablity to toggle the chat window from box to fullscreen and back again.

This more of a keyboard thing, but the the ability to use Alt+(key) as well as the current Ctrl+(Key).

The ablity to chage to color of the window it's self, just a couple sliders in the preferances to change the colour and hue.

It would also be nice if it would stop skipping to the bottom every time a new msg comes in, as it is at the moment if you miss a message trying to read it pretty much means stopping what you are doing and fighting to scroll up to see the message you missed.
