Weekend Warriors! (LINKSHELL)

Im a student which makes me a casual player on PS4. I belong to a pretty chill FC but since they all have higher levels than me and busy with their crafts and their own leveling I find myself having to do most things by myself.
I'm looking for a linkshell thats all about them Dungeons, Trials, Guildhests and maybe eventually higher level runs
I know most would tell me to just queue up but since I can only play weekend mornings (because I also work), I find myself waiting for almost hours queueing for stuff. With your help I'd like to maximize my gaming time if possible :D
Of course I'd be doing my very best to contribute to this team all the while learning better strategies so that I can improve at this game. So far I have found that Famfrit has been an awesome server with a lot of friendly people and to be a part of such a linkshell would be beneficial and a privilege for me :)
