Hello,
As we know the level cap will be raised to 60, my question is regarding this increase, does it include DoL and DoH too? I know there is a lot of time until we know more about it, but out of curiosity, has anyone read anything regarding this?

I don't even need to read anything about it to know that they will. There's absolutely no reason to not increase the level cap for crafting classes when they increase the other caps, as they're intrinsically tied to one another.
They've said at all the fan fests as well as in media, live letters, and streams that all classes, DoH, DoL, DoM, and DoW, are all increasing to level 60.
