Retainer stuck in the void! D:

Area and coordinates: Gridania retainer vocate and nearby summoning bell.

Steps:

Basically, I logged on today to find that my account service and my one extra retainer were suspended and needed to be reactivated. Reactivated account and retainer both through crysta. So I should currently have access to all three of my retainers in game, however the third retainer still appears labled as Contract suspended when I try to access it from the summoning bell.

The retainer's name is Redvelvet.

When I go to reinstate it in-game:

1. The "Hire a retainer" choice under retainer vocate gives me this series of messages:
- According to our records, you may hire up to 3 retainers.
- Currently, you have three retainers in your employ.
- I am sorry, but you cannot hire any more retainers.

2. The "Dispatch a retainer to Gridania" choice gives me this message:
- You cannot perform this action until you have purchased the services of an additional retainer.

3. And from the summoning bell, I get this message when trying to summon the retainer in question:
- You cannot summon that retainer unless you resume payment for their services.

So basically even though I've paid the $2 to reinstate this retainer through mogstation, and had crysta subtracted from my account to cover this service, I don't have the option to re-hire the retainer because I already have three hired, however I also can't re-dispatch it or summon it because my service is suspended... :( I've never had more than three and I don't really want to pay for a fourth one just so I can reinstate this specific retainer in-game, but I also don't want to delete it because I've been storing some things on it that I really don't want to lose.
