Static looking for 3 more people!

Evening all, Django Jolokia here posting to let you know that my t12+ progression partial static is looking for a few spots to fill out our roster. We are currently looking for the following spots to be filled: PLD, NIN/DRG (prefer DRG but that's ok), and SCH. We have cleared turns 10 + 11 for awhile now and have seen the entirety of t12. Raid times will be 8:00pm - 10:00pm EST three days a week (days to be determined) Having teamspeak and a free LS is a MUST. Also a few things of note:

*Interested people will go with the rest of us 1 or 2 weeks as a trial period to make sure we fit well with another! This should be obvious, but please know your job.

*You must be willing to listen to our raid leader (Blitz Leistung) and take constructive criticism. We want to make progress so sometimes that involves a respectful but firm critique of how you play/need to adapt. If you're the type who will merely wanna' argue and possibly take things personal, we won't be a good fit.

*Be willing to commit to set days and show up on time. While real life always comes first, nothing sucks more than to have 7 out of 8 people logged in ready to raid and having to wait on member #8 to finish a dungeon. Respect each other's time and if you're going to be late, please try your best to give us somewhat advance notice. (Barring irl stuff that happens suddenly of course) COMMUNICATION IS A MUST! (seriously just be open about what's up with you and we'll be fine here)

*Be willing to learn and have some knowledge of FCOB (whether it's through personal experience or watching videos at the very least) We would definitely prefer people who are already on FCOB, but would not be opposed to helping people clear turn 9 as long as you show definite determination to learn and progress through FCOB.


*Be willing to work for the GROUP and not just yourself. What this means is just be cognizant of your teammates gear and needs. We all are here to gear our mains for sure, but if you see a teammate who has been unlucky and has had no drops, be open to passing things like carboncoats /carbontwines so we can all gear up and make progression easier. (Basically what I'm trying to say here is if someone can use loot and you've been winning coats/twines but they have not, please use common courtesy.)
