Leve Reward Refresh

2.5 patch notes:
Abandoning a levequest after completing it at least once will refresh the available rewards.


Is this working? I just wasted 30 allowances trying to farm clear fluorites, the leves have been previously completed, and the rewards never changed. Tried abandoning the same one repeatedly, tried getting all three level 45s and abandoning them all, none of the respective rewards ever refreshed. If it says 60 shards, it never changes, if it says 14 shards, it never changes from that.

I never noticed that... What I have noticed and I think needs to change is abandoning a leve, without any progression, costs an allowance :(. I started with 12 leves. I picked the wrong leve by mistake, picked up the right one, and abandoned the other. I ended with 10 leves and was heartbroken...

I think you're misunderstanding the patch notes. I'm pretty sure they are referring to triple turn-in leves. Doing one or two turn-ins and then abandoning will change your available leve rewards as if you had completed a leve.

I believe this was to fix an exploit where you could keep doing double turn-in of the same reward indefinitely. I can't be sure on that though as I didn't know about it prior to the patch notes, after which I saw someone mention it.

This is correct. It was more common on the JPN servers from what I gathered.
