Trying to form New LS FCoB Static raid group

Trying to form a new t10-13 group. The group will be raiding 14-16 hours a week.

The times I have planned are 4 days a week:
Tuesday: 8PM-12AM EST
Wednesday: 8PM-12AM EST
Thursday: 7PM-9PM EST
Friday: 7PM-9PM EST

Tank:
WHM:
SCH:
Melee DPS:
Bard:
Caster:
Any DPS:

I personal have experience to 6% in t11 and have multiple t10 clears.

Experience in t10 would be great but if not a video and the ability to learn quick should be good.
