doubtful.
gld had swords/daggers, they moved daggers to rogue.
staff/wand is kinda same deal; different size of the same thing.
2h swords and scythes are kinda to different. if they add scythe as wep, it will probably be for some other job; only thing i can think of, would be necromancer.
the point of the armory system, is to have each job use different weps.
but, they removed classes from the new jobs, so they could maybe add some other dark-knight-esque job, that is DD, and use scythe; since ppl were upset about DK-tank.

Dark Knights don't use scythes, and as far as I remember never have outside of FFXI. Ain't happenin'.

I keep trying to rack my brains as to what possibly suggests that Dark Knights (traditionally) use Scythes. I keep coming up short. I'm not even sure why they were added as a weapon in XI, either. I always opted for Greatswords.
