For some reason the Deputy Postmoogle is not showing up, and the last quests I have completed for him are "Sidul Eht Nioj" and "Of Siblings And Side-Whiskers". I haven't been able to pick up any quests after that, and I've done everything except the Extremes for 2.0, and most of the main quests for 2.5.
Is this a bug, or does he show up someplace else? Or am I doing something wrong?
