Unable To Patch Client

Hi there. I'm looking at coming back to the game, but I am encountering a frustrating issue.

I have been trying to update my client for the entirety of the free weekend, so that I can see if anything has changed or whatnot, but I keep encountering an error on my PC that prevents me from doing so on it. As it downloads, it will randomly stop downloading, giving me an error popup. The pop up that comes up is as follows:

Unable to download patch files.
[30413][20496]

I have tried as many things as I can find online on how to fix it, and nothing is working, even doing a fresh download and install. I'm still getting the error.

My wife, on the other hand, is patching flawlessly at this point, and my PS4 performed flawlessly as well (I have my account linked for both).

Any help on this would be appreciated, because I never really got a chance to play that much when I was subscribed, and would like to again. But, there is no point in resubscribing if I can't patch and play.
