Static looking for a BLM for Final Coil progression

My static is currently looking for a good BLM for Final Coil progression. We are currently at T12. T10 kill is not required, We are also a english speaking static.

We raid 2-3 days a week and our raid usually is 8:30p.m server time to 12:00p.m server time depending on the raid's preference. We are using teamspeak.
