Seriously, why haven't we had a bald option yet?

I've been seeing a plethora of dedicated thread about hairstyles. All of them are talking about what hairstyles that should be implemented, this and that... but, what about no hair? What if I wanna be a bald MNK? Or even... a bald BRD?
I really think we should have had the bald option since day zero. Well...

Still boggles my mind that being bald is one of my exclusive hairstyles...

Roegadyn males can also be bald.
