Additional action not working for multi-word actions

In every use case i've tested for English version - /aaction "multi-word action" off(on) does NOT work.

Same exact verbiage on any given single word action functions as expected. /aaction Innovation off - works.

I've tried with manual typing, copying over the action, and even using the auto-translation function - all fail. I was really looking forward to using this functionality to switch between crafting modes.
