New Message from a GM bug and fix suggestion

Hi, I regularly send reports to GMs about RMT advertisements, to help you get them off the servers. As you know when a GM replies I get a flashing notification in the top right of the screen. I can make that go away by reading the message.

After closing the case I will often get another notification for the case I just closed and I have to close it again a few more times. (note: I don't get a new message, I get renotified from the one I already closed)

This happened the other day, but it wasn't for a message I just recieved it was from a message i recieved 02/12/2014 and i had to go through and open every single one of my messages until I found it.

suggestion:

Would it be too hard to just simply change the colour of the text to a message that hasnt been read, then we can easily see which one is causing the notification?
