omg Fisher's Intuition meant to disappear when you dc?

So I just dc'd in the middle of catching Kuno the Killer. It got away TWICE.

Then I 90k'd- only to come back and find that Fisher's Intuition is gone.

The only reason why I chose Fisher is because I get almost hourly 90ks making it unfeasible to attempt any serious crafting.

Now I feel pretty sad :(

The almost hourly DCs are odd.

Check everything, check it twice, use a hard wired connection don't go wireless, borrow a router from a friend to see if its your router, talk to your isp.
