Conviction Team 1 seeking WHM for current+3.0 content

Event Times: 9:30PM EST to midnight, Monday - Sunday during progression
Conviction is seeking 1 competent healer for its first raid group. We are seeking a White Mage, but we will also consider an exceptional SCH.
We have FCoB Turn 10-13 on farm, and we have cleared all Savage SCoB Turns (savage T6,7,9 cleared in patch 2.3, savage T8 cleared in patch 2.4). This group is directly responsible for several server firsts and seconds.
We have scheduled events from 9:30PM EST to midnight 7 days a week during progression. Raid times are usually extended as schedules allow, especially for progression, but those are our base raid times. When content is on farm, we have scheduled events 4-6 times a week.
The ideal candidate:- must be able to attend 90% of the scheduled events
- matches our current FCoB progression or is able to clear T10-13 with us relatively quickly
- has an average ilvl 115 or greater, can meet the HP requirement for T13
- has strong adaptability and provides inputs on raid strategies as needed
- can communicate and work effectively in a team environment
- has previous MMO raiding experience
- has the ability to use TeamSpeak and has a mic to speak during raids
- shares our dedication and mindset for competitively pursuing endgame goals
- uses their time efficiently outside of events to continue progressing their character
- is willing to participate in team/FC events beyond FCoB
