Gold saucer - instanced?

Kinda thinking about how empty gold saucer will be if it is instanced.
We all know SE likes to make almost every content accessible thru DF.
So i'm just kinda worried gold saucer will end up like wolve's den, empty with maybe some ppl at the merchants buying stuff.
I kind of can't see how chocobo racing won't be instanced as SE will have to develop a system where ppl get matched up etc = more money. But they can just go the easy route and do it instanced via DF with multiple choices like map 1, map 2, map 3, or roulette etc.
They might do it the eternal bonding way but who knows.

Things like chocobo racing will HAVE to be instanced just by nature, but the central hub with things like Triple Triad and the other games they have planned will probably not be instanced.

The entire place I believe will not be instanced, it only has some instanced areas from what I understand but I could be wrong. I imagine things like will have large open areas which people can congregate and stuff but specific games which have a limited number of for example machines built into the environment will be instanced in that when click on the machine your phased into an instance so another can use it. When completed or finished with it you transition back and can go do other things. That would be how I imagine it working.

I can imagine that stuff similar to slot machines etc will allow mutiple players to use it simultaneously without leaving GS, perhaps an icon appears over saying tht ur in game atm.
Probably after the hype is gone, everyone will just qeue up for choco racing = half of GS population gone lol. Only ppl there r ppl unlocking stuff/ triple triad.

I think that minigames will be instanced because throwing basketballs with 30 people stacked onto you, don't think it would be fun
