No more, no more dumpster diving?

I've almost hit 40 on my culinarian, and read that making knights bread is a great way to level up, mostly thanks to the levequest 'No more dumpster diving'.

However, I cannot get this to appear...is it still up for grabs, or has it been recently deleted? I'm only able to access two level 35 leves at the Drowning Wench for cul.

sounds like you have not unlocked all of the levequests in Coerthas Central Highlands. It's the only thing I can think of. That leve is still available.

Only a few leves are available in the main cities, you need to do leves elsewhere. In this case, the Observatorium in Coerthas.

It sounds like you have some unfinished CUL levequests. Open your journal and check.
