Lobby server error 2002

This error has happened to me a couple times before but the last 4-5 days I have had really bad connection problems with final fantasy. I got a new modem with upgraded internet service. I thought maybe that was the problem but every other device is working just fine and my ps4 online play with final fantasy is not doing well at all. Also my party chat keeps cutting in and out when I'm trying to talk with friends while playing this game or my others when it didn't too much before hand. I don't know what to do about these problems. I've tried resetting the modem, turning off ps4 multiple times,messing with my ps4 internet and sound device settings but nothing changes. I use a WiFi connection. I'm really annoyed and I just don't know what to do. It either won't connect to the data server at all or boots me soon after before even loading my character data...
