Support class..
I would like to see a extra role in queres. So 5 with the last one being a support class. I guess they have bard but that is a dps class. I think there would be a demand for a traditional bard or red Mage that buffs, debuff and regan / refresher. What are other thought on this

Every role but DPS is spread thin enough, and I'm pretty sure most DPS wouldn't jump to the "Support" role.
Besides Healers do enough supporting as is. This game doesn't need overly supportive spells. Like, look at WHM and how Protect(Proshell) works in this game.
Also, you are asking for SE to put a lot of time and effort into changing how their game works in balance with the current roles.

Personally I'd like a support role, and might even level it to max at time if it's release. But my bet is that after the new factor is done they would be even harder to get than tanks, but unlike tanks easy to kick due to not being required to clear most content.

I'd like a support role. I believe they fill the niche between being casual/hardcore to be honest. It's a job that can benefit both casual players and hardcore a like. Geomancer was a perfect example of a good support class in 11. :D

Pure support role wouldn't really work in this game unless theres massive changes to battle system and party sizes. A support class can't be balanced in the current game it would be either completely broken or worthless. Since it would have to replace a dps slot it would have to buff the dmg of other dps in full parties by33% but in light parties have to buff the other dps by 100% to make up the loss of losing a dps slot. Not to mention it would add new issues to the game. Queues will be longer with roles spread out, a dps dying is now a bigger deal with loss of dmg and if support buffs dps enough to warrent its replacing a dps the its buffing of 5dps 1 heal 1support 1tank parties will be insane.

Na I was saying we'd have 5 people queres, I suppose though I see where the people who say we already wait forever for tanks and healers, it might be the case with buffers. Idk the game just seems very streamlined and I'd like to see more variety in classes
