Merge service accounts

Hi.
I have a license and service account for FF XIV CE for Windows (this is ACC1).
I recently purchased another license of FF XIV for PS4 and registered it on a new Service Account. (this is ACC2).

I'm thinking of the the process to correct this, by merging the accounts using the provided request form, and i have those questions:

1) If i merge accounts will i be able to play both on PC and PS4 (not simultaneous) ?
2) If I merge ACC2 to ACC1 will i loose my char created on ACC2 ?
3) If I merge ACC2 to ACC1 will i loose my char created on ACC1 ?
4) If I merge ACC2 to ACC1 will i loose my CE benefits ?
6) If I merge ACC2 to ACC1 will i loose my veteran rewards ?

Assuming the scenario where the most important thing is to keep my char created on ACC2, which is the recommended merge move ?
