Getting tier 2 and 3 materia

Im trying to get mainly savage aim and savage might materia, tiers 2 and 3. Anyone know the best way?

I make Amethyst jewelry (or whatever the corresponding gemstone is for the class you want to spiritbond on) and go kill Golden Fleece in the Burning Wall or Ornery Karakuls up in Coerthas. Farming and spiritbonding all in one. ^^

Ok ty, will buying the lvl 45 gear and spiritbonding in urth's gift work too?

You'll get a lot of tier III's that way, possibly IV's.

sorry for so many questions, will lesser lvl gear give tier 2? 2 is ones i think i really need right now.

Yeah, the level 38 (amethyst/goshenite/etc) jewelry will give tier II's. The equipment around that level will too.
