Any newbie friendly FC's out there?

So here is the story. Been thinking about joining an FC, but I don't know which one. I just started playing a little under a month ago and just got to 50 on my White Mage. I'm looking for something casual and not pushy. Something aligned with Twin Adders is a plus and larger in size so there are more people to group with at all times potentially if that is desired. I play when I can, but due to work I'm mostly active on weekends. Let me know if you or your group fit these qualifications and are looking for a new member! :D
