Steps:
1. Attempt to use Mount Roulette on a character that has access to a two-passenger mount
2. Mount Roulette attempts a random roll and chooses a two-passenger mount.
3. The action attempts to summon the mount but fails part way through due to new restriction for two-passenger mounts.

Due to the immediate action needed in Frontlines and the need to mount up as soon as you can, Mount Roulette is no longer a viable option to use during PvP if you have a two-passenger mount accessible for your character.
