GM Support notification won't clear

I opened a ticket last night to discuss an issue with a GM, but after I received the normal reply in the Support Desk, nothing I do seems to clear the blinking notification about a reply from support on my minimap. I've gone through every ticket I've ever opened in my history and set them all to "closed," but the indicator is still there.

This is fairly obstructive since it will still occasionally pop the heads-up message about there being a reply from support, but as I said, nothing I do seems to solve the problem. I've checked everywhere in the Support Desk I can possibly close something. Is there a ticket that isn't displaying properly or something? I've never had this problem before.

I am having this same issue and is extremely annoying. I have closed these tickets at least 6-7 times now and everytime I go into another instance I get the huge message across my screen and the perpetual blinking notification.

I am starting to get really irritated about it.

I just got this bug as well, but i also haven't even opened a ticket or sent any kind of report and still some how managed to get this. Checked every where in Support and Information and found nothing. I wonder if the up coming patch will fix this.

Have you tried completely closing out your client and relogging? I had this issue and that solved it.

Sometimes that makes it go away for me temporarily, but after a short while it will newly alert me that I have a support response (even though there isn't a new ticket or response or anything). Thing has been stuck and blinking for days now. And it even blocks the normal mail indicator.

I also have this problem. I closed all three of my cases on both characters and still nothing.

Mine seems to have gone away for good now. =)

I have closed it out, logged out, restarted client etc and it all keeps coming back. Can this be fixed? >.<

So annoying.
