Raid Position in Server First Team

A hardcore Onion static is currently in need of a talented DPS that will have a high level of commitment come the expansion. Our static provides not only the positive mindset that leads to success, but also stability, respectful reciprocal communication, and ultimately a ton of fun. We would prefer a melee dps or someone prepared to go full-time Machinist, but are specifically seeking the following:

• A willingness to stay up late and commit at least 4 days per week, 5+ hours per night come Heavensward, with a reliable schedule in the evenings. During progression, we all desire to raid 'until it's done.'
• The ideal teammate must be prepared to level an alt character to 50 in the following few months. Whether or not this character will be USEFUL based on the changed to the loot system is still unknown.
• Someone with as much personality as they have drive. The group believes that the most important thing is that we enjoy raiding together, and our accomplishments are secondary to that.

This is for the team that was not only server first for the fcob clears (and on the world progression charts for t11-t12), but for EX primals, a share of the savage modes, etc.

Also worth mentioning that while Steel is accurate about the availability requirement, the first week of new content we are pretty crazy. People use vacation time to get off from work, we raided the first 7 days everyday, and put in well over 5 hours a day (the first 2 days were insane)

I'd love to join a raid group like this. I've tried to make this type of commitment in my previous groups but haven't found a group of people who like to have fun and down all available content. Problem is I am not as far as you all. Previous group has only been to 19% t13 :<
