Probably a little too soon to tell, unless someone has the technical demo version. I would assume (betting alot on Microsoft here), that if it runs on 8/8.1, it should run on 10.
It already works well with the Technical Preview, so I would think yes on the Public Preview and also the official release. They aren't making any huge core changes to Windows 10 that will keep you from installing and playing most apps/ games that you do now already.
