Add party roulette. Also add partial/full alliance ques

Doing this will solve alot of problems. The way you rolled our slaughter is going/already leading to empty secure ques. You did the same thing with wolves den and it killed wolves den. New content always trumps old content then empty ques discourage participation. You NEED to add an all inclusive PvP roulette AND party que roulette if you want all of your PvP co tent to suceed. Also please correct algorithms in duty finder to favor PEOPLE who have been waiting the longest. Right now its obvious something is wrong. I think it favors the DUTY bin wait time instead of actual PLAYER wait time.
