Game going nuts after 2.5 especially in dungeons

Hi all, hope this is the correct place to post this but I'm having severe issues with my game most notably in larger dungeons such as WoD, heavily populated areas, and for some odd reason around 10 p.m. gmt.
I had the same problem when the large patch that introduced ST came in, same pattern.

In dungeons, it's usually ok until the end of Boss fights or after Boss is killed then I get horrific lag and freezing issues, picture even breaks up sometimes.
In heavily populated areas similar happens but I also see what I call 'ghosts'. Chars or NPC that appear and disappear or seem to behave abnormally or even players with no names that appear and vanish.

Certain areas are also a no-go to me regarding teles out... I usually have to leave the city or find a quieter area of it before attempting a tele if I don't want to get stuck in the load up screen of the new area..... either that or it crashes completely saying 'lost connection with server'.

I don't know if this problem is down to something I could correct or do I have to live with it until it sorts itself again? Please note I'm not so technically minded I can fiddle with files, etc.

Plenty of disconnect from the server experienced not on my mind and it always happens at the most inopportune times.

Thankfully RayneBoemir I don't get disconnected very often but when I do it's usually as a result of getting stuck on the load up frame during a Tele from a heavily populated area. I play in windowed mode now as I have found I get less problems that way, I used to find my screen blacked itself out during cutscenes in dungeons all the time until I did that. :)
